"A few of My Favorite Things"
This is one of my favorite Quilts.
It was a block of the month from Bobby Socks and it took me a few years to finish the Redwork.
Then to figure out how to to set it?
I tried a few different things and didn't like it. The border is extra fabric I cut while I was making up the pattern. I was able to use the triangles and I loved the way it turned out.
I had a friend quilt it and she did a cross-hatch over the Redwork and it makes it look like it was hand quilted.
(Witch is the way I would have loved to finish it but I wanted to complete it in my lifetime).
Thanks for sharing this quilt! I really love it!
